The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to final approval. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return any redlined drawings with subsequent submittal. 1. Sheet 1: Include the plan number "U-2017-006" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Sheet 1: Include the PIA activity number "T17PI00029" on cover sheet. 3. Include Golf Links Road in project title. 4. Sheet 1, Paving and Grading note 3, Asphalt Concrete should conform to City of Tucson, TDOT Mix#2. This is a new mix that is different from what is called out in section 406 of the PAG Standard Specifications. 5. Sheet 2: Indicate the placement of a minimum 2' wide pavement section at beginning of pavement taper at Sta. 28+93.16, 39.16 Rt (Golf Links Road). 6. Sheet 2: Provide complete details for the proposed catch basin modification at Sta. 31+40.01, 38+66 RT (Golf Links Road) along with supporting hydrological and hydraulic analysis. Additionally, any proposed grates must be bicycle safe. 7. Sheet 2: The existing curb access ramp located at Sta. ~32+85, 28 Rt must be relocated to be in alignment with the proposed ramp opposite of it per the City of Tucson Unified Development Code, Technical Standards Manual Section 10-01.3.3.E. Additionally, the cross slope of pedestrian crosswalk area must not exceeds 2%. 8. Sheet 2: Clarify driveway composition. It is not clear if the existing asphalt driveway will be removed and replaced with PCC pavement. Indicate removal limits and provide any spot elevations needed to provid positive drainage and ADA compliant pedestrian access. 9.
