C) Only 1 pedestrian push-button shall be installed on each pole.
D) Only 1 Man/Hand shall be installed on each pole.
E) Only 1 #7 Pull Box is required for traffic signal wiring on each corner.
F) #7 Pull Box on southwest corner (pull box nearest controller) shall have an extension.
G) Controller foundation shall include (4) 4" conduits communicating with the #7 pull box with extension closest to the controller and; (1) 2" conduit communicating with the power pedestal, and (1) 2" conduit communicating with the communications (fiber optics) conduit system.
H) All traffic signal conduits and street light conduits associated with the traffic signal shall be routed through the #7 pull box with extension closest to the controller cabinet. Primary power from the service pedestal shall have (2) 2" conduits, one routed through the pull box and the other routed from the service pedestal directly to the controller.

The following notes should be included on the first traffic signal plan sheet:

04/19/2017 LPETERS2 DOT PERMITS & CODES REVIEW Denied April 19, 2016

The plans call for 4 foot sidewalk. New sidewalk is required to be a minimum of five feet wide.

The overflow box has called out standard grates. This appears to be an area outside of pedestrian and bike traffic. Is that correct?

No further comments.
