The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submitting mylar plans set for final approval. Please submit a PDF copy of the revised plan set prior to submitting mylars. 1. Sheet 29: Revise trench patch detail to reference COT Technical Standard (10-02.3.0) for backfill requirements and reference PAG SD 216, Type 4 Patch instead of a Type B patch. Additionally, include a option of allowing a slurry backfill, Per PAG Standard Spec. 501.2.04, in-lieu of a Type 4 patch on streets shown on the MS&R Map and all water carrying streets. 2. Indicate that all driveways aprons that have been disturbed must be replace per PAG Standard Detail 206. 3. Please Refer to redline drawings for additional comments and comment details.
