03/15/2017 | LPETERS2 | DOT PERMITS & CODES | REVIEW | Denied | I have reviewed this plan and have the following comments: 1. Note 5 calls out the 2003 Standard and Details. We have gone to the 2015 PAG standards and Details 2. Providing 4 - 38" x 60" HERCP will span 20 feet and meet the requirements to be included in the National Bridge Inventory. We will need to provide electronic copies of the plans and a structure number application to ADOT. 3. Sheet 8 - Detail B - This detail shows 6-inch thick concrete sidewalk per sTD Detail 200. Typically sidewalk is only 4 inches thick unless it is subject to vehicular traffic. 4. Sheet 8 - A note at the northwest outlet of these pipe has mentioned City forces to re-establish the channel to the north and west. Has this been discussed with our Streets Maintenance Section? Is this a public drainageway? No further comments. Lance Peterson, P.E. (520) 837-6777 |
