1. The Contractor must obtain an Right of Way Permit from the City of Tucson Transportation Engineering Division prior to any work in the City Public right-of-ways.

2. The Contractor must meet with the City's right-of-way inspector prior to any work in the public right-of-way.

3. All backfill, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, above the utility shading shall be conducted in accordance to the City of Tucson Transportation Standard Details, Specifications, and as directed by the City of Tucson right-of-way inspector and City Engineer.

4. All pavement patching, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, shall be conducted in accordance to the City of Tucson Transportation Standard Details, Specifications, and as directed by the City of Tucson right-of-way inspector and City Engineer.

5. In accordance to the City of Tucson Standards, permanent pavement patching shall be warrantied for 5-years, pavement patch's failing within this period shall be repaired/replaced at no cost to the City of Tucson.
01/30/2017 LPETERS2 DOT PERMITS & CODES REVIEW Denied I have reviewed this plan and have the following comments:

1. Note 1 calles for milling and paving 2-inches for the full lane width, 50 feet beyond the ends of the improvements with a mix number 2. This was recently milled five inches and re-paved with a PAG#1 mix. We would like to match the mix used in the previous mill and overlay.

No further comments.
