PROJECT REVIEWER: Richard Leigh, TDOT Engineering Review

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to final approval. Please include a response letter addressing the following comments and return any redlined drawings with subsequent submittal.

1. Sheet 1: Revise PIA activity number from T15PI00009 to T17PI00009 on cover sheet.

2. Plans must contain all the information necessary to build project as a "stand alone" project and not rely on references to other plans. Please provide all details of the proposed improvements in the public rights-of-way. Include complete Landscaping details and Hardscape details in plan this plan set.

3. Verify that roadway section call outs are labeled correctly, see redlines.

4. Please Refer to redline drawings for additional comments and comment details.
