01/20/2017 LPETERS2 DOT PERMITS & CODES REVIEW Denied I have reviewed this plan and have the following comments:

1. Sheet 1 - The plan references PC/COT SSPI. Is this the standards that this is to be constructed under or the new PAG volume 1 standard specification?
2. Sheet 1 - Typically a note include to contact Street Supervisor Paul Rosenboom prior to disturbing any city owned landscaping or irrigation.
3. Sheets 2 - 3 - Plans show several curb access ramps but does not specify type. Elevations are provided but not outs.
4. Sheet 2 - Plan refernecs to see sheet 4 for continuation of the plan. Sheet 4 only contains details.
5. Sheet 4 - Detail 1 Pavers - This detail does not meet our standard with respect to installing pavers. Is there a reason why the standards specification for pavers isnt used?

No further commetns.
