LOCATION: 1664 N Jones Blvd REVIEWERS: Paul Baughman, PE, CFM ACTIVITY: T17CM00713 and T17OT00116 SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning and Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed Development Plan Package. The following items need to be addressed: 1) Per Tucson Code 26-5.2(8) show that the finished floor elevation is one foot above the base flood elevation. - Base Flood Elevation is 2451.54 and FFE will need to be 2452.54. 2) Per Tucson Code 26-5.2(11) show all service facilities such as electrical and heating equipment at or above the regulatory flood elevation. The Regulatory Flood Elevation is 2452.54. 3) If at least two feet of fill is being placed on any location within the site show compliance with 2-01.8.1. If less than two feet of fill is being placed on the site add a general note indicating that less than two feet of fill is being added. 4) Per AM 2-06.4.8I show the 100-year floodplain limits and the 100-year water surface elevation upstream of each structure being proposed.
