The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A).

For 18' 7" and 22' 5", the required setback is 9' 3" on the west side 14' 9" on the east side and the proposed setback from the building is 6' 2" on the east and west side. The proposal also includes exterior stairs on the east side within the required setback.
