COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a second review of the building plans and compared them to the approved DP17-0266 for consistency. While the review did yield an indication that the building plans are consistent with what has been proposed and drawn on the DP two items were noted on the architectural site plan that do not match what was approved on the DP. The locations of the long and short term bicycle parking facilities are not consistent with the locations depicted on the architectural site plan. Either the architectural site plan must be revised to match the DP or visa-versa.

While the building footprint is consistent with the footprint on the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc.) zoning cannot approve the building plans until the Commercial Plans reviewer(s) have approved the building plans.


2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the approved DP. If any changes are necessary to the building plans due to plan review comments that affect zoning requirements the DP will have to be revised to reflect the changes. Once zoning has verified consistency with the approved DP or if required a revised and approved DP and the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans.
