Per that detail, the 3" B-deck is supporting the metal panel over a steel beam. Please verify this panel requires no other support, and provide a structural detail at that location, including how the metal panel is connected to the structure.
13. Sheet S2.0; Roof Framing Plan: Detail 11/S5.0 (on the east side of the building at the entry door) should include the extended roof that shows up on Detail 15/S5.0. Please add.

2. The installation of a grease interceptor will be required by Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department for the proposed tenant. Reference: Section 1003.3, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
3. Provide dimensions for the "thru-wall sheet metal scupper(s)" described in keynote 10 on sheet A2.3. Show how secondary drainage will be provided or present structural calculations per Section 1101.7, IPC 2012. Reference: Section 1108.1, IPC 2012.
01/09/2018 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide calculations (e.g. COMcheck) for the building envelope to demonstrate compliance with the energy code; use the climate zone for Tucson. Provide sufficient detail on the drawings to evaluate the energy compliance of the building envelope. As a minimum, the information shall include maximum U-factors of the envelope systems and fenestration components, along with the R-values of the insulation and the maximum SHGC for the fenestration. 3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
