Unable to locate area calculations. It appears there are a lot of buildings on a fairly small lot. Be advised that if you are using sprinklers to increase building area, sprinklers must be installed to a full NFPA 13 standard. Please indicate in deferred submittal section of sheet TS.
Note on sheet TS indicates no sprinklers in building 2. Please verify.

Sheet 81 The civil utilities drawing identifies a 2" RPBP and water service line rather than a 3" RPBP. 2012 IPC figure e103.3(3) would seem to support this for 75 GPM demand; although at 49.2 GPM a 1 1/2" RPBP and service line seems to be ok as well. Please review.

Sheet 1 On the Occupant Load – Public Building, occupant load for a space shall be based on the function of the space (even though the occupancy may be classified as a group b (303.1.2) conference room OLF is 1/15 sf or per furniture layout.
Sheet 1 Under Fire Separation Distance + Assemblies, complete the IBC 208 reference with the rest of the sentence, “provided that automatic sprinklers are installed in combustible floor/ceiling and roof/ceiling spaces.

Such access shall not require climbing over obstructions greater than 30 inches.
