This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes. 1. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - As the restriped accessible vehicle parking space is required to be a van accessible vehicle parking space, see 2012 IBC Chapter 11 Section 1106.5, per ICC A117.1-2009 Section 502.4.1 the access aisle is required to be on the passenger side of the angled accessible parking space. 2. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Demonstrate on the plan that the accessible space meets the requirements of ICC A117.1, Section 502.2. 3. 2-06.4.9.R - Demonstrate on the plan that the accessible route from the accessible vehicle parking space meets the requirements of ICC A117.1, Section 403.3. 4. 2-06.4.9.R - It appears that the striped access route from the accessible vehicle parking space to the building runs into the proposed "3' HIGH BARRIER" shown along the west side of the proposed "NEW SIDEWALK". Demonstrate on the plan that a minimum 4' wide access is provided. 5. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
