This site is located in the NR-1 zone, and is a contributing property in the Feldmans Historic District (Speedway-Drachman). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9.

Approval from the Historic Preservation Officer and the Principal Planner processing permits in the Neighborhood Resource Zone is required prior to Zoning approval.
