In the Wall Legend, indicate the required rating, reference a U.L.Listing Number for that assembly, and indicate all components of that assembly. This will include interior walls and the wall between Bedroom #1 and the existing building to the north.
10. Sheet A-1; Wall Legend: The specific wall types (A, B, and C) indicated in the legend do not show up on the plan. Please add to the plan.
11. Sheet A-1; Floor Plan: There is no door schedule that was located in the drawings. Please provide on the drawings, and include the required fire resistance rating of each door (as required) per the IBC Table 716.5.

19. Sheet A-6; Roll-In Shower: Please indicate the seat and grab bars in the roll-in shower plan per the ICC/ANSI Figures 608.3.2 or 608.3.3. In addition, please revise elevations of the roll-in shower per Figures 608.4.2 or 608.4.3, indicating grab bars and the control/handshower locations.
20. Sheets S-1 and S-2; Foundation/Framing Plans: Section BB/A-4 was indicated on these plans, although Sheet A-4 indicated that section was to be deleted. Please clarify.
21. Sheet S-1: The City of Tucson requires all lettering (upper and lower case) to be a minimum of 3/32" in actual height. Please revise the Shear Wall Schedule.
22. Sheet S-2; Roof Framing Plan: A Detail 5/S-4 is cut through an interior door. The detail indicates an aluminum window sill detail. Please verify.
23. Sheet S-3; Detail 5: Should the footing width be 18" to match Section 1? Please verify.
24. Sheet S-3; Details 1, 3, and 5: A note on these details indicates "Bottom of footing minimum 12" below natural grade or to firm soil as required". Please revise the 12" dimention to 18".
25. Sheet SN-1; Structural Notes (Foundations): Note 1 indicates an assumed 1500 psf soil bearing value with a minimum depth of 12" below the undisturbed ground surface. The City of Tucson requires 18" of minimum depth for that allowable soil bearing value. Please revise the note (sections do indicate 18").
26. General: Please provide written responses to all review comments.
