In order to facilitate a shorter back check time, we request that you please provide revised plans and calculations, highlighting any changes, along with a written response to each of the noted items indicating action taken. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2012 International Residential Code, 2012 International Fire Code, 2011 National Electrical Code and Arizona Revised Statutes. All features were checked to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Make all corrections and revisions on original tracings or a finished reproducible set. Return two sets along with a set of the first submission for reference. Pen or pencil corrections on final prints will not be acceptable. To avoid delays, ensure that all corrections are complete, and have been coordinated on all applicable detail and note sheets. (Do not cloud the changes made for comment revisions). Incorporate changes on originals and provide two copied sets for review. GENERAL NOTES: " Provide a complete legible wiring diagram on a single page using 11" x 17" paper. " Provide compliance with the 2012 International Fire Code 605.11.3.2.2 showing a 3 foot wide access pathway from the eave to ridge on both sides of each roof slope where panels/modules are located when the slope is 2:12 or greater. " Provide compliance with the 2012 International Fire Code 605.11.3.2.4 showing panels no higher than 3 feet below the ridge where panels are located. STRUCTURAL PLANS: 1. Show a plan of sufficient lag-bolt connections for maintaining the minimum up-lift calculation and with standoff placement for preventing point loads over 45 pounds, R301.1. NOTES / SPECIFICATIONS 1. Provide the exact wording and location for the "Photovoltaic System Disconnect" marking required by NEC 690.14 (C) (2). 2. Provide the exact wording and location for the DC Power Source "Imp, Vmp, Vmax, Isc" marking required by NEC 690.53. 3. Specify that the module interconnection connectors are capable of interrupting the circuit current without danger to the operator, or marked: "Do Not Open Under Load."
