This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9.

The minimum setback is twenty feet (20) facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-1.A).

The DDO process may only be used to reduce the required 20-foot setback from the west property line. The existing setback in 15 feet (UDC 6.3-1.A).
