1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. The building plans have been reviewed for compliance with development package DP17-0213. Although the building plans appear to comply with the development package, until the building plans are approved by all other PDSD review agencies zoning cannot approved the building plans.

Before the City of Tucson permit technicians will allow any permit to be issued, Parts A and B on the Certificate must be completed (including the registrant's seal, signature, and date), the specific special inspections (under Category) must be entered, and the ICC certified special inspector (by name) must be listed for each special inspection. Lastly, these inspectors must be approved by the building official and signed and dated.
2. Previous Comment 14; General: It has now been indicated by a note on the Mid-West Steel Building Company structural calculations and drawings that the project engineer of record has found those documents to be in general conformance to the building design. Please sign and date that note.
