Applicability
The following project types are reviewed for compliance with the applicable standards in accordance with the Full HPZ Review Procedure:

This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10.

The minimum setback to a side street property line is ten (10) feet (UDC Section 6.4.5.C.1.b).

The applicant is proposing a 10' tall shade structure with a set-back 5' 2". The required set-back would be 10' from the side street property line.
