The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Until the all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve the building plans. 3. Remove the unapproved version of the DP17-0081 from the building set or mark them as "for reference only". If including a copy of the DP in the building set, it must be the approved and signed version. 4. The remaining comments from the Mechanical plans reviewer do not appear to be major and will not affect any zoning review purview requirements. Zoning is willing to do an over the counter review and approval of the building plans with an appointment or as a walkthrough.
