This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 1. Based on available information the existing work shed was built about 1926. As this structure is 50 years old or older Historic review is required prior to demolition. Provide written documentation that the Historic review has been completed. As these plans show the proposed demolition they will require Historic stamps prior to approval of the plans.
