3. Termination of the excess pressure relief from the water heater over an elevated service sink (P5) is not an approved location. Reference: Section 504.6 (6), IPC 2012.
4. The rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole (2332.83') is less than 12" below the first floor elevation (2333.00'). Provide a backwater valve per Section 715.1, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.

3. Sheet A.1.1; Enlarged Floor Plan: The Sales/Service counter (Reception) has a counter height of 3'-6" as indicated on 6D/A.1.1 and 6E/A.1.1. Per the ICC/ANSI Section 904, the maximum height of the counter above the finished floor is 36". Please revise as required.
4. Sheet A.1.1; Enlarged Floor Plan: The Break Room sink area has a counter height of 3'-0" as indicated on 6B/A.1.1. Per the IBC Section 1109.3, sinks in accessible spaces shall be accessible. Per the ICC/ANSI Section 902.4, the counter/sink height shall be 28" minimum and 34" maximum above finished floor. Please revise as required.
5. Sheet A.1.1; Drinking Fountain Detail: Please add on this drawing a detail for the high/low drinking fountain located in the Lobby.

13. Sheet S3.0; Detail 105: Note 7 indicates 1-#4 horizontal continuous, while two reinforcing bars are indicated. Please clarify.

15. Sheet S4.0; Detail 207: Are the metal awnings to be designed by others? No structural calculations were found that relate to the awnings. However, they are not listed under Deferred Submittals on Sheet S1.2. Please clarify.
16. Sheet S4.0; Detail 207: If the metal awnings are to be designed by Schneider Structural Engineers, please provide all calculations, and indicate member sizes on the plans (Sheet S2.1) or Detail 207.
17. Sheet S4.0; Detail 202: Note 5 does not indicate the steel plate spacing. Please provide.
18. Structural Calculations; Pages 40 and 41: The joists J2 in the calculations use a 1200S162-97 at 24" o.c.with a uniform dead load and live load on page 40, but use a 1000S162-68 with a 200 pound point load on page 41. The plans indicate a 1000S162-68 joist at 24" o.c. Please clarify.

2. Until development package Dp17-0225 is approved the building plans cannot approve. Zoning will review the building plans for compliance with the development package on the next submittal.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
