Swan T17CM07526 Building Plan (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 20, 2017 1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. The approved DP was not available for review and comparison with the revised building plans. The previous comment made by Steve Shields could not be verified if the changes were made as noted in his last review comments. Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and assuming the approved dp is available do a comparison for consistency. The site details shown on sheet G-004 do not match what is shown on development package DP17-0080 and need to be removed from the plans 3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
