09/11/2017 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide construction documents that are complete and clearly indicate the extent of the proposed work (i.e. remove the "Progress Submission, not for Construction" label from the drawings.). Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
2. Provide the minimum plumbing facilities required by Table 2902.1 and Section 2902.2, IBC 2012, for assembly occupancy (e.g. a drinking fountain).
3. Provide water isometrics and waste and vent isometrics. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
4. Provide automatic faucets for the lavatories, dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the automatic faucets will operate for a minimum time of 10-seconds. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.

09/11/2017 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide construction documents that are complete and clearly indicate the extent of the proposed work (i.e. remove the "Progress Submission, not for Construction" label from the drawing M101.). Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
2. Demonstrate energy code compliance for the additions and alterations to the building envelope based on the current code. Reference: Sections C101.4.3, C101.5, C103.2, C303, and C401.2.1, International Energy Conservation Code 2012.
3. Provide heating and cooling load calculations that justify the capacities of the heating and cooling equipment specified for the project. Reference: Sections C302.2, C403.2.1, and C403.2.2, IECC 2012 as amended by the City of Tucson, and Section 312.1, IMC 2012.
4. Verify the minimum seasonal energy efficiency rating (SEER) for the combined split-system air conditioning unit in the equipment schedule. (Note that the air handler for the proposed split-system is not capable of moving 2,000 CFM.) Reference: Section C403.2.3, IECC 2012.
5. Show that each rooftop unit has a thermostatic control that provides for off-hour and set-back control, automatic shutdown and automatic start-up control (i.e. the thermostat is capable of automatically adjusting the start time of the HVAC equipment in order to bring the interior conditions to the desired temperature at the start of occupancy) and, if the thermostat does not require manual changeover from the heating and cooling modes, it restricts set point overlap. Reference: Section C403.2.4, IECC 2012.
6. Show that the termination of the vent for the gas-fired, direct-vent, furnace complies with the requirements of Sections 503.2.3 and 503.8 (3), IFGC 2012.
7. Clarify the size of the proposed outside air duct; it is shown as 12" x 12" on the plans but keynote 11 calls it a 12" round duct. Reference: Section 107.2.2, IBC 2012.
8. Calculation of the required minimum ventilation for air handlers serving multiple zones requires the calculations described in Sections 403.3.2.3.1 through 403.3.2.3.4, IMC 2012. Reference: Section 403.3.2.3, IMC 2012.
9. The room identified by the architect as a "Club room" is called out as a "Club room/ Work out area" on the mechanical plan. Clarify the proposed use of the room and adjust the ventilation calculations if required. Reference: Section 403.3, IMC 2012.
