3. Sheet A3; Floor Plan: The 13'-4 1/4" long interior wall in the customer seating area depicts a wall type that is not included in the Wall Legend. Please clarify.
4. Sheet A3; Floor Plan: Per the IBC Section 1014.2(4), egress shall not pass through kitchens, storage rooms, closets, or spaces used for similar purposes. With 64 occupants, two exits are required (IBC Section 1015.1), and the requirement of Section 1014.2(4) must be met. Please revise.
