| 09/12/2018 | KROBLES1 | PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Reviewer: Chris Anderson, September 10, 2018 PLUMBING – COMMERCIAL It has come to our attention that the civil utilities plan calls out for a backwater valve to be placed on the new sewer service. This will affect the sanitary plumbing for the mezzanine. Per 2012 IPC 715.1 requires that the mezzanine plumbing fixtures shall not discharge through the backwater valve. Please revise the plumbing plans and waste and vent isometric, sheets P1.0, P1.1, P2.0, and any other sheets that are impacted by this change. |
