Sheet S1.0 Keynote 3: On Architectural Drawings, show locations to be core drilled identified by Keynote 3 Sheet S1.0. Also, provide a UL Listed system to repair the penetration of the 2-hour rated floor system. 3. Sheet S2.0 Detail 108: Please indicate on the drawing the size of weld(s) at the corners identified in Keynote 8 and Include field welding as a required special inspection. 4. Sheet A1.0 2nd Floor Reference Plan, Keynote 13: Include on the drawings a detail of a UL Listed wall system for the 2-hour Wall. If using a prescriptive method, include with the detail the item number from IBC Table 721. 5. Sheet A1.0 2nd Floor Reference Plan: The short wall sections to be added at the ramp and near door 2886 are identified by Keynote 2 which requires lead lining. Verify correct denotation for these locations. 6. Sheet A1.0: Include on the drawings a Wall Type Schedule for all new walls. Include anchorage, bracing material, spacing of bracing and type, size and number/spacing of fasteners to be used. 7. Sheet A1.0: Keynotes 9 & 10 could not be located on the drawings. Verify. 8. Sheet A1.0: Include on the drawings a detail of the soffit to be removed and reinstalled as referenced in keynote 23. 9. Sheet A1.1: Include notation on the drawings for the type of backing material to be used for items such as monitors, millwork etc. Verify backing being specified is of material allowed for use in Type 1A Construction. Reference IBC Sections 602.2 & 603 10. Sheet A1.1 Detail 6: Include in the detail the required handrail extension. 11. General: Provide written responses to all comments. |
