TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 31, 2017

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for the covered parking and it appears that the plans match what is shown on DP17-0153 but until DP17-0153 is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

2. General: Please provide a code analysis on a sheet, indicating each structure type, square footage, construction type, and occupancy classification. Include an allowable square footage determination per the IBC Table 503.
3. General: The Special Inspection Certificate must indicate the name of the individual performing the inspection for each category (under 'Special Inspector').
