2. Sheet X1; Exit Access Travel Distance: Since there is only one exit from this space (sliding door in break area and door in waiting area do not meet placement requirements of the IBC Section 1015.2.1, and the garage door does not meet the IBC Section 1008.1.2 requirements), the common path of egress travel (IBC Section 1015.1(2)) must meet the requirements of Table 1014.3. Please indicate this on Sheet X1.
3. Sheet A1; Wall Types: On the Type 2 wall, please add a note indicating 'Typical Exterior Walls-UNO' (same as Wall Type 1).

The City of Tucson requires an 18" depth from finish grade to the bottom of footing for 1500 psf (12" is allowed 1000 psf). Please revise (see foundation notes in the structural calculations).
11. Sheet S2 (Framing Plan); Structural Calculations (Sheet 17): Beam B4 indicates a 4x12 in the calculations (and on the Section 5/A4), but indicates a 3.125" x 13.5" GLB on the framing plan. Please coordinate.
