Wall sections 3/A3.1, 2/A3.2 and 3/A3.2 show the new stucco assembly 1 extending down to existing slab and references detail 5/A4.2 Per 2012 IBC 2512.1.2 weeps screeds shall be located at or below the foundation plate line and minimum 2” above paving and 4” above ground surface. The weep screed as shown in this detail neither is located at the foundation plate line (the joint between the bottom of the plate and top of foundation) nor is it 2” above paving. One solution commonly used to comply with the referenced Code section is to install a concrete or CMU curb on the foundation similar to detail 2/A4.3 to raise the foundation plate line. Revise both architectural and structural drawings.

The Exterior Lighting Summary on sheet E1.0 must show calculations in compliance with the 2012 City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code, specifically Table 401.1. It is not clear from what is presented that exterior lighting is in compliance. Please select a commercial option for lighting area E3 per OLC Table 401.1 based on .871 acres (from project data on sheet A01.) and calculate the allowed unshielded lumens. While the total lumens shown on the Summary are less than the lumens of all previous fixtures, which is acceptable per OLC 102.4.2, the amount of unshielded lumens shall not exceed what is allowed by the calculation. Please indicate the lighting area (E3) and which fixtures are full cutoff and which fixtures are unshielded on the revised Exterior Lighting Summary.
The Light Fixture Schedule on sheet E3.0 shows that exterior lights have a color temperature rating in excess of 3500 K. Per 2012 OLC 402.1 the color temperature rating is limited to no more than 3500K.
