03/12/2018 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. This revision eliminated the motorized dampers in the outside air ducts shown on sheets M1.0 and M1.1. Show how this complies with Section C403.2.4.4, IECC 2012.
2. Provide information to show that the elevator machine room will not require an independent air conditioning system to prevent overheating of the elevator equipment. The revised drawing shows the elevator equipment room using transfer air from a space with heating only. Reference: Section 3006.2, IBC 2012.
3. Keynote #11 calls for condensate from the fan coil units to terminate to the "exterior or to a mop sink." Clarify that condensate drains may not terminate in areas that are not capable of absorbing the condensate flow without surface drainage. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.

#1. The electrical service equipment modifications, 800 amps, 480/277 volts, 32,600 AIC and associated equipment is required to be designed and sealed by an Electrical Engineer registered in the State of Arizona, per the City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements and the State of Arizona .
R4-30-302. Electrical Plans
A. A registrant shall prepare and submit drawings and specifications for a new electrical system or an addition or modification to an existing electrical system provided the service and associated electrical feeders exceeds 600 amperes 120/240 volts, single phase or 225 amperes 120/208 volts, three phase and the fault current exceeds 10,000 amperes.
#2. The secondary service feeders are undersized for the increased calculated building load.
#3. The 45KVA transformer is undersized for the additional load of panel 'L3'. 208V x 1.73= 359.84 / 130 amps (panel L2+ L3) = 46.8 KVA.
#4. Indicate fuse sizes and types for the 200 amp disconnect feeding panel 'L3'.
#5. Assign a circuit and panel number for all the smoke detectors and correlate with the panel schedules.
#6. Please provide a complete narrative of all the proposed electrical work to be performed under this revision.
