Where will the new bathroom plumbing be connected to existing plumbing? The demolition plan gives no indication that there is existing plumbing near the new restroom location. Indicate location for existing water and sewer, routing of new plumbing and connection points on an enlarged area plan. Show sizes of existing plumbing lines. Ref. 2012 IPC 106.3.1.
Verify that faucet for new lavatory is automatic and will dispense no more than 0.25 gallon per metering cycle. Ref. City of Tucson amendment to 2012 IPC.

Submit outside air calculations for this space and show how the required ventilation will be achieved. Ref. 2012 IMC 106.3.1 and 403.2.
Show how the bathroom exhaust will be controlled so that bathroom maintains negative pressure. The exhausted air from the restrooms shall be limited to no more than 10% of any subsequent air stream. Ref. 2012 IMC 403.2.1(4).
No supply air is shown for the bathroom. Should door 4 be undercut?
Keynote 6 on sheet M1 refers to outside air and return air ducts, however none are shown on the mechanical plan. Please revise the plan to show all existing and new ducts, outlets, inlets, cfm’s etc. pertinent to this tenant space. Ref. 2012 IMC 106.3.1
