COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: As noted By Steve shields in the previous building review comments, a DP was required due to proposed site work. The DP was reviewed on August 22, 2017 by Steve Shields. There were corrections that needed to be made to the DP per zoning review comments and as of this building review the DP has not been submitted or presented over the counter for a second zoning review.

At this time zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is fully approved.

2. COMMENT: Zoning is willing to review the building plans over the counter on the next submittal assuming that the PDSD Commercial Plans Reviewers approve the building plan. Zoning will require that the DP be approved and presented as reference at the zoning counter in order to verify consistency with the building plans and / or site changes.

3. COMMENT: If the building plans are not approved by the PDSD Commercial Plans Reviewers and a re-submittal is required, zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal.

4. COMMENT: Assure that any changes that are made to the DP site plan that may impact the building (if any), those changes should be made on the building plans before re-submittal.

09/20/2017 DAN SANTA CRUZ ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Please address the following electrical plan review comments. Also provide a written response.
Per the last plan review, it was requested to provide compliance with the TUCSON/PIMA COUNTY OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE for exterior lighting. A reference was also given to access, down load or print the Code for reference. Apparently, the Outdoor Lighting Code was not reviewed, as there is no evidence on the plans for compliance. Please see section 104 of the Code for plan submission requirements. Provide Allowed Lumen vs total proposed lumens for the parcel in acres in reference to table 401.1. Include all necessary information required on the plans as outlined in section 104, to ensure that the proposed exterior lighting including existing, will comply with the Outdoor Lighting Code. The IECC COMCHECK for exterior lighting is not to be confused with the TUCSON/PIMA COUNTY OUTDOOR LIGHTING CODE.
