The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Provide the following notes on the plan; a. The project is subject to UDC Article 4.9.9.E b. The total maximum floor area of a medical marijuana dispensary shall not exceed 4,000 square feet. c. The secure storage area for the medical marijuana stored at the medical marijuana dispensary shall not exceed 500 square feet of the total maximum floor area of a medical marijuana dispensary. d. The permitted hours of operation of a medical marijuana dispensary are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. e. A medical marijuana dispensary shall have an interior customer waiting area equal to a minimum of 25% of the gross floor area. 3. Clearly identify the secure storage area and waiting area and provide the square footage of each. 4. Per the authorization letter dated February 17, 2017 provide an odor mitigation plan, contact Carolyn Laurie for requirements 5. Provide a copy of the state issued Medical Marijuana Dispensary Registration Certificate with your next submittal. 6. Prior to approval you will need to contact Pima County Addressing and provide separate addresses for each suite. 7. There appears to be a door proposed between the two (2) suites. If this door is to remain the additional space is included for the dispensary and it appears that will exceed the allowed 4,000 square feet. Revise the plans to show that you do not exceed the 4,000 square feet. 8. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
