It doesn't appear there is enough clear space for 2x6 furring. Please verify. 4. Sheet A3.01: The roof plan indicates a revision was made to this sheet on 12-07-17. Please indicate on an 8 1/2 x 11 the extent of the change(s) to this sheet. 5. Sheet S3.01; Detail 13: This detail should indicate the connection of the sill plate to the top of the masonry wall (calculations indicate this on Page 10 using the wall section 16/A4.02). As an alternative, the connection could be indicated on wall Type 2A on Sheet A2.01. 6. Sheet S3.01 (Details); Structural Calculations (Pages 10 through 12): The structural calculations indicate wood stud walls to be 2x6 at 16" o.c., while the details on Sheet S3.01 indicate 2x6 at 24" o.c., and the wall types on Sheet A2.01 indicate 2x4 or 2x6 at 24" o.c.. Please coordinate all walls on architectural and structural sheets. 7. Sheet A4.01: The exterior elevations indicate a revision was made to this sheet on 12-07-17. Please indicate on an 8 1/2 x 11 the extent of the change(s) to this sheet. 8. Sheet A5.01; Door Schedule: Exit door 03A has the hardware set 07 listed for that door. Per the IBC Section 1008.1.10, panic hardware must be used unless Item 2 in Section 1008.1.9.3 is satisfied. Please indicate on the drawings those requirements (2.1, 2.2, and 2.3) are met. 9.
