The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Sheet A2.0, 1st Floor Plan provide a sidewalk width dimension from the façade pop-out, called out under detail "D" to the required vehicle overhang, 2'-6" from the face of curb. Per TSM 7-01.4.3.A the minimum clear width for the sidewalk is 4'-0". 3. Per UDC Article 7.4.6.D.2.b Minimum Width Requirement When Adjacent to Barrier. A motor vehicle off-street parking space must have a minimum width of ten feet when the side(s) of the parking space abuts a vertical barrier over six inches in height, other than a vertical support for a carport. That said the 8'-6" vehicle parking spaces adjacent to the planters shown on the 1st Floor Plan sheet A2.0 does not meet this requirement. 4. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
