Provide details or information as to how the existing service equipment will be used as a splice box. Verify it meets the requirements of articles 110.3, 312 and 314 of the NEC. Will the interior bussing or guts be removed? Will the original listings calling it suitable for use as service equipment also allow it to be suitable for a splice box. Please clarify.
