COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. As of this 2nd building plans review, the development package related to this development has not been approved by all PDSD Plans reviewers. Zoning has verified that the building plan is in compliance with the current version of the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview, which includes the building square footage, building height, building footprint, and location on the site.

2. COMMENT: The cover sheet of the building plans includes a copy of the DP site plan sheet which is outdated. Revise the cover sheet to include a copy of the most current or approved and signed version of the DP site plan.

3. COMMENT: If any changes are necessary, due to the PDSD Commercial Plan Reviewer's comments that affect or change the building footprint, height, or square footage, the DP will need to be updated prior to approval of the building plans by Zoning.

4. COMMENT: Once the plans have been reviewed and approved by the Commercial Plan Reviewers and zoning has verified consistency with the DP, the building plans can be approved by zoning.

07/07/2017 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change The email and hood cut-sheets do not answer the question regarding the two large openings (9'-5" x 1'-8") behind the three type I hoods. The plan view of the three hoods on the Captiveaire shop drawing (sheet M4.1) has a note regarding the need for the correct construction of the end walls to avoid nullifying the ETL listing. Provide a revised shop drawing from Captiveaire that shows the pass-through openings and that indicates any needed modification of the exhaust flow requirements. [Initial comment: The partition behind the three Type I hoods has large pass-through openings. Verify that the proposed wall canopy hoods are listed for this application. Reference: Sections 507.1 and 507.13, IMC 2012.]
