06/05/2017 ERIC NEWCOMB BUILDING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Sheet TS1; Project Code Review: The occupant load calculations for the office should use a factor of 100 SF per occupant. Please revise.
2. Sheet TS1 (Project Code Review); Sheet A1.0 (Seating Schedule): The total occupant load listed on Sheet TS1 is 185. The seating schedule on Sheet A1.0 indicates 190 seats. Please coordinate to total occupant load.
3. Sheet A1.0; Floor Plan: The pocket doors 105A and 105B are located within the means of egress path leading to the exit door (105C). The IBC Section 1008.1.2 requires egress doors to be side hinged swing type, with exceptions. Exception 6 allows horizontal sliding doors to be within the means of egress, but it must comply with the IBC Section 1008.1.4.3. The pocket doors do not comply with those requirements. Please verify and revise.
4. Sheet A1.0 (Floor Plan); Sheet A11.1 (Section 7): Sheet A1.0 (Wall Types) indicates 6" 20 gauge metal studs at 16" o.c. at the hood, while Section 7/A11.1 indicates 6" 18 gauge metal studs at 16" o.c. in the same wall. Please coordinate.
5. Sheet A1.0 (Floor Plan); Sheet A7.0 (Door Schedule): The exit door 105C (on the east side of the building) is not included in the door schedule on Sheet A7.0. Please verify.

06/06/2017 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Revise the heating and cooling load calculations, using the exterior design conditions shown in Section 302.2, IECC 2012, as modified by the City of Tucson. Verify that the cooking appliances not located under hoods have been included in the cooling load calculations.
2. Verify the flow rate for EF-6; it is scheduled as 500 CFM on sheets M1.0 and M3.0 but on sheet M4.3 it has a flow rate of 600 CFM. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
