TRANSMITTAL DATE: June 15, 2017

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Provide the following notes on the plan;

a. The project is subject to UDC Article 4.9.9.E
b. The total maximum floor area of a medical marijuana dispensary shall not exceed 4,000 square feet.
c. The secure storage area for the medical marijuana stored at the medical marijuana dispensary shall not exceed 500 square feet of the total maximum floor area of a medical marijuana dispensary.
d. The permitted hours of operation of a medical marijuana dispensary are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
e. A medical marijuana dispensary shall have an interior customer waiting area equal to a minimum of 25% of the gross floor area.

3. Clearly identify the secure storage area and waiting area and provide there square footage.

4. Per the authorization letter dated February 08, 2017 provide an odor mitigation plan, contact Carolyn Laurie for requirements

5. Provide a copy of the state issued Medical Marijuana Dispensary Registration Certificate with your next submittal.

6. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
