1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Per UDC Article 5.12.7.F.3 Review by the Design Review Board (DRB) is required. Contact Carolyn Laurie at (520) 837-4953 or email Carolyn.Laurie@tucsonaz.gov for requirements.

3. Until DP17-0019 is approved the building plans cannot be approved.

4. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Per UDC Article 5.12.7.F.3 Review by the Design Review Board (DRB) is required. Contact Carolyn Laurie at (520) 837-4953 or email Carolyn.Laurie@tucsonaz.gov for requirements. The plans must be stamped by DRB prior to approval by Zoning

3. The development package sheets for DP17-0019 must either be the approved development package sheets, marked as "FOR REFERENCE ONLY" or removed from the building plans.

4. Zoning acknowledges that a portion of right-of-way (ROW) along Ochoa Street is in the process of being purchased from the COT Real Estate Department but sheets G100, S2.0, A000, A101 & A101.5 show proposed work within the ROW outside of the proposed purchase area. All proposed work within the ROW, outside of the proposed purchase area, either needs to be removed from the building plans or show as to be built under separate permit.

5. Until all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
