Broadway Blvd. (Food Service - Restaurant) TRANSMITTAL DATE: May 15, 2017 DUE DATE: June 2, 2017 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the approved development package. The building footprint in the building plans package does not appear to match the building footprint in the approved development package. While footprint is not matching exactly it is not much different but it does affect the locations of the short and long term bicycle parking facilities locations and possibly the pedestrian circulation. As of this review of the building plans by zoning, the plan review by the commercial plans review agencies had been completed. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until all commercial review agencies have approved and signed the building plans. 2. COMMENT: The DP will have to be revised prior to approval of the building plans, or it may be possible to place a hold on the issuance of a C of O until the DP is revised. Assure that an approved and signed copy of the DP is included in the next submittal of the building plans or remove the DP plan set from the building plans set and reference the DP case number on the Architectural site plan. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that any revisions made to the building plans do not affect zoning requirements and that the above comments have been addressed. The grease interceptor is shown in different locations on the utility and plumbing plans. |
