2. Sheet 1R Code Review & Building Code Data: Code review indicates VB construction with an Occupancy Group U while the Building Code Data indicates 5A (VA) construction with an Occupancy Group F1. Coordinate and revise to provide consistency.
3. Sheet 1R Permit Data: The Permit Data denotes the project as a 15,0200 sq. ft. Tenant Improvement to an existing building rather than a 16,632 sq. ft. New structure. Coordinate and revise to accurately reference the project.
4. Sheet 1R Code Review & Restroom Calculations: In the Code Review an occupant load factor of 500 was used to calculate an occupant load of 33 but for the restroom calculations an occupant load factor of 300 was used to calculate an occupant load of 55. Coordinate to provide consistency.
5. Sheet 1R Restroom Calculations & Site Plan: Restroom calculations denote the existing building as an Occupancy Group F2 but the existing building is identified on the Site Plan as an Occupancy Group F1. Coordinate to provide consistency.
