It appears that the new roof maintenance receptacles are shown utilizing the same circuit as the new bathroom GFI receptacles on the second floor. This is in violation of NEC art. 210.11C. Provide a circuit other than those dedicated for another specific use. Also identify the roof receptacle on the panel schedules. NEC 210.11C, 408.4. #2. Provide for an approved listed junction box, to be used for the replacement of the existing sub panels, or provide a note on the One Line Diagram plan with instructions to provide an approved cover if needed meeting the requirements of NEC art 314.28C, labeled "Electrical Junction Box". All unused openings to be sealed in an approved manor if necessary. #3. Provide a switched lighting outlet and unit disconnecting means for the enclosed Fan Coil units, closets. NEC art. 210.70.3, 430.101. #4. Provide ARC FAULT protection for the extended branch circuits as required per NEC art.210.12B. #5. The plans show existing main disconnects, wireways with separate disconnects/meter enclosures. Please indicate all the equipment that is new and existing on the one line diagrams. Including feeders.
