Sheet C1; Code Analysis (Means of Egress Width): Per the IBC Section 1005.3.1 (Exception), a factor of 0.2 may be used in determining the minimum stair width. In addition, per the IBC Section 1005.3.2 (Exception), other egress widths may be calculated using a factor of 0.15. These factors are allowed in buildings equipped throughout with an automatic sprinkler system installed in accordance with the IBC Section 903.3.1.1.
2. Sheet C1; Code Analysis: Please indicate in this section the number of exits required (per Section 1021), and the number of exits provided (all levels).
3. Sheet C1.1; Plan A: Egress from patio 110 into the dining area (109) shall be through side hinged doors per Section 1008.1.2 or be in full compliance with Section 1008.1.4.3 for horizontal sliding doors.
4. Sheet AS1; Site Plan: Keynote 9 indicates a new accessible ramp. Please indicate on the plan the elevation at the top of the ramp, the elevation at the bottom of the ramp, the ramp slope, and the ramp length.
