The manufacturer's literature indicates an input of 88 MBH per standard oven (122MBH for a high performance oven) for a total input of 264 MBH (or 366 MBH for three high performance ovens), not two inputs of 120 MBH. Reference: Section 402.2, IFGC 2012.
2. Verify the required gas input for the two fryers; the drawings show an input of 160 MBH but it is unclear if the requirement is for two fryers or for each fryer. Reference: Section 402.2, IFGC 2012.
