2. Sheet A1.0; Keynotes: Note 14 references a new interior exit stairway. An enclosure will be required around this stair complying with the IBC Section 707. Please reference the IBC Section 1022.
3. Sheet A1.0; Floor Plan: The new interior exit stairway shall terminate at an exit discharge or public way, or be provided with an exit passageway constructed in accordance the the IBC Sections 707 and/or 711. Please reference the IBC Sections 1022.3 and 1022.3.1.
4. Sheet A1.0; Keynotes: Note 17 indicates a new steel stud partition. Please provide the construction of the wall (stud size, spacing, stud gauge, bracing, etc.), using notes or details on the drawings as required.
