COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans but cannot approve them at this time. While the building plans are consistent with the current version (1st Review) of the DP under review, the building plans cannot be approved by zoning until the plans have been approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers and the DP is approved. 2. COMMENT: Zoning is willing to review the building plans over the counter once the DP has been approved. There is no requirement to resubmit for full review unless other review agencies are requesting a re-submittal due to additional comments.
