Revise and resubmit after making the following corrections. Only 1 wall assembly is included in the submitted COMCheck. There are multiple exterior wall types (uninsulated CMU, CMU with furred insulation, stud and stucco) on this structure and with different orientations. Each must be accurately represented in the Envelope Assemblies. Square foot areas for each wall, fenestration (doors and windows), floor slab and roof assembly must be shown on the printout so that accuracy can be checked against the architectural drawings. The 1 wall assembly shown represents the exterior wall of the storage room addition only and cannot be used to represent the larger masonry building. See item 1a above. The roof assembly has no insulation R-value(s) associated with it. Revise. The storefront assembly has no U-value and SHGC associated with it. Revise. The number of doors and their types do not match the architectural drawings. Revise. The COMcheck assemblies must match what is shown in the architectural drawings. The COMcheck requires a thermally broken storefront frames. Therefore thermally broken frames must be specified in the architectural drawing set. Regarding response to previous comment 9, there now are now two door hardware schedule sheets in the set (sheets A5.4 and A5.5) giving different information for each hardware set. Please explain. |

Plumbing plans show utilities entering and exiting building on west side while utilities shown on site plan are shown on east side of building.” No civil utility plan has been submitted with these project documents. Please comply. |
