The restroom area, vestibule area, and path of travel area are not included. Please verify these numbers, and revise Sheets G-001 and G-005 to reflect the occupant loads. With this occupant load, the IBC Section 303.1.1 indicates the assembly use can be classified as a Group B occupancy. Please add verbiage on Sheet G-001 to reflect this. 2. Previous comment 2; Sheet G-005; Total Square Footage: Please provide the total gross square footage for the interior of the building, the total gross square footage for the exterior seating space, and the combined gross square footage for these areas on the sheet. 3.
